I love the personalities of the nice ones.Fugly would sometimes come and look inside and crow at me like he was reminding me it was lunch time...hey lady, where's the grubs?
As well as a Toco Toucan and a monkey! I have always been animal crazy!
@CapricornFarm I didn't realize they were smaller than cockers, thanks. We have big now and the toy/small dogs we've had were actually on the large end for their breeds. Not overweight, just larger than average so I'm a bad judge of toy/small/medium etc.
That makes complete sense! There does seem to be a lot of variety in breeds! I saw a tiny beagle today and I had to ask if she was a beagle because I was like 99.9% sure but I was like wow she seems really small for a Beagle!
Yea my silky terrier is much bigger in general than a lot of others we've come across. The vet says she's in good shape, not over weight, but she wouldn't have been a show dog. That's fine with me, I don't do shows. I rescued her anyway, I didn't buy her from a breeder. She's the love of my life.
Yeah I think my friend’s bichon was pretty big for a bichon. But yeah, I definitely don’t mind dogs that would be disqualified or faulted in shows or mitts or whatever! Personality is much more important imo. Frank and Abby are mixes, right? Bull terrier and... ??? Pit?? Staffie??
