I've eaten snake here a couple of times but I don't know what sort.

I've eaten rattlesnake before but like I said I don't care for it or buzzard!

Rattlesnake (never buzzard, ew). When my boys were younger they wanted to go to OK to see the annual hunt. I don't think they do the hunts any more...or if they do, they keep them quiet due to PETA type folks disrupting it.

They have them here every year, down around Coutula and out at Sweetwater. Coutula is the home of the world's largest Rattlesnake, 7' I have killed some that were 7' and 13" in diameter and the head as big as a big man's fist. I almost died from fright, I was only about 2' away from it...good thing it was cool that morning or I wouldn't be here now.

Did you guys see the movie 'Keeping Up With The Jones?' Its really stupid, but has a brilliant scene where they're eating in a 'backroom' snake restaurant.
