Thanks, they laid eggs today and I hope to hatch some. Apparently the rooster they were bred to is show quality.

Rattlesnake (never buzzard, ew). When my boys were younger they wanted to go to OK to see the annual hunt. I don't think they do the hunts any more...or if they do, they keep them quiet due to PETA type folks disrupting it.

They still have a yearly rattlesnake roundup in Sweetwater Texas.

My cakes are cooling & they smell amazing! I might have to take a page out of Perts book & pop them in the freezer a bit. They smell like they'd be excellent with coconut. Has anybody ever made this with coconut either in the batter or on the frosting
(or both?)
