Do you bake everything with duck eggs? I love to bake! I've thought about using goose eggs but was afraid I'd screw up the ratio.

Yes, all my baking is done with duck eggs. I've never had a goose egg, but I'd love to hear about your baking experiments if you try them.

I saw my breath when I went to find some sunshine. I think our high this coming week is 72 and of course, more afternoon rains. My sheep are happy and fat!
