I would like morning better if it was later in the day. The cats pulled the metal plug thing out of the sink last night, and took a toothbrush and a tube of toothpaste. I wonder what they are planning?

Good morning, Café. Rain last night and a slight improvement in the temperatures - mid 80's is much preferred to the high 90's, but the humidity is still very high. Play we saw yesterday was quite good, and meal we had afterwards was great. Baseball game this afternoon if weather will allow. Goofy daughter and SIL competed in a triathlon on Saturday. SMH - running and biking distance were shortened significantly, but still ------------------

There are tons of old stone walls all over the place here in New England. The really old type ones made with rocks/boulders from the fields and stuff. They’re cool.

At Eastern Connecticut beagle club there were field stone fences. Many 4 or 5' high and just as wide. The most impressive that I have ever seen.

That does sound like great coffee weather! Margie, I went to the grocery store yesterday and there was a big truck full of WY Hotshots standing around it in their fatigues. Made me think of your DS...are wildfires kicking up (I haven't heard anything)?

I'm kind of surprised the triathlon was held, your heat has been in the news so much. Hope there were no heat-related issues for the participants.

OMG that’s crazy!! LOL hopefully they were okay! It was ridiculously hot. And glad the play and meal was good!!

And wow that’s impressive!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen one that high haha
