My kids each told me that being an adult sometimes sucks now that they have kids and responsibility. I just smiled and gave em a hug.

My mom was just the opposite Penny...she'd bake pies any day of the week for any occasion and they were delicious. Her cakes? Eh, not so much

Thanks you guys! My sister always says they're harder to raise as adults than they ever were as littles.

Shad, Frankie is DD#2. She's a super hero! All the animals here would fall to ruin without that kid.

It's amazing how 'stupid' I became once my daughter became an 'adult'. Apparently I regained my intelligence once she was in her thirties with kids of her own.

I think I prefer pies over cakes also. Coconut meringue, banana cream, mmm mmm good

If I can only have one, I'll take the sour cherry pie please. My Mom made the very best.
