Chilly start to the day at 42* but we should see the 70's later. Better keep that coffee pot going!

It doesn't look like I missed any fine dining in the Cafe today. I'd just have been the lonely Paleo person sipping coffee in the corner while cheese whiz was getting squirted from a can on fake meat.

Spam is real meat, just not the parts you might prefer

Thanks IM, I feel warmer already (and more awake ). Need to force myself into doing some house chores today...another good excuse to fill up on the caffeine.
