Good for you I am very proactive with my health as a given I have not pushed BF on this episode tend to seem like one a year now

Afternoon pot is brewed - hello Café.
I'll take a a cup please. It's going to break my only two cups a day rule, but hey, rules are for breaking.:p
I'm celebrating really. Such a silly thing really.
The apartment to the main house has been let out for a week to a Dutch couple. They must be around my age I suppose.
They speak German rather than Dutch because of the region they live in so that's been the language of choice.
They were interested in my house so I showed them around. They also like the chickens so that's another plus point. I showed them some of my woodwork as well and went out for a walk over the ridge with them.
This evening as I'm about to head out to do the animals for the night, he came around and said they had cooked supper and had made me some. So, no cooking tonight.:celebrate
Just taken it out of the oven and eaten it. Very nice it was to.

@sourland did the morning dishes, cat boxes, made the oatmeal and gave meds to main coop in it winning that war at least after dish for me of the oatmeal added beef flavor

Dogs cussed at me this morning when nobody got to go running. Fresh water, feed to the two pups and then off to the dachshund field trial. They were short of help so I stayed all day until the field trial was completed. It's tech week for the Princess's upcoming play so she has been 'acting' since noon and won't be home until late tonight. Supper for me tonight was a BLT sandwich - strongly considering another. :p
