Thank you for your optimism. It unfortunately was not outstanding but I can see where I could fit in much better than where my manager thinkgs.

So come on then @DobieLover , what was work like?

In a word: chaos.

The disorganization is worse outside of complex assembly, the area I was helping out in a few months ago. BUT I see a very good fit for me that I will be discussing with my manager. He hasn't been there very long either. I need a training class on the shop floor control system (which I have yet to hear anyone say a positive thing about) but I plan to show up to work on Thursday with my steel toe work boots and my working clothes on. I'm climbing into one of those machines and learning some ropes with one of my fellow Endicott engineer transplants.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn I have a desk!

We got the direct tv set up our 5 year old tv came up promptly shutoff to never come back up had to go get meds in Chehalis at walmart picked up a new 50 inch cheaper than the one it is replacing that is 43
