This morning while at the club three adult bald eagles flew overhead. We are about 5 miles 'as the eagle flies' from the Delaware river, and they were heading in that direction. Several winters ago an eagle set up residence along our road feeding on road killed deer. It would perch in a tree over the carcass and chase away all hawks/crows/buzzards.

I tried to buy a shirt on line to support a Native American business. Shirt was nice but, about twice what I would have spent otherwise. I tried 5 times to complete the order. Kept telling me the numbers on my visa card where wrong. Funny but Lands End, LLBean, Zazzle and in stores, it is accepted just fine. I am NOT over the limit.

Coffee is on the stove.
It's the weekend. I almost went to work.
It's a lovely morning here. Warm sunshine, blue skies and hardly any wind. You could get a tan if you took your clothes off.

Several winters ago an eagle set up residence along our road feeding on road killed deer. It would perch in a tree over the carcass and chase away all hawks/crows/buzzards.

People who live close to the Pyrenees here say the eagle is much like the buzzard and isn't a true hunter, preferring carrion.

Clean out a couple of coops. Tribe 1's coop is at maximum and that means it needs more regular cleaning.
File Mag's and Nolia's toenails; it's a towel throw over job.
Clean Fat Birds bum. It's got to be done.....
Take a link out of the bike chain. If you shut the throttle down quickly the chain jumps off the sprocket.
Do some work on the accumulating group of lamps I have part finished.
Wire mesh the underside of the duck house. Got a rat problem.
Move one of the maternity units.
Plus all the day to day stuff with various creatures.

Good morning, Cafe.
Today's weather will be a repeat of yesterday's: chilly and cloudy. But we appear to be in for a treat starting tomorrow night and into Monday with 5-9" of snow expected. Taking DH to his surgery follow-up appointment late Monday morning could get a little dicey.
