Do you have any idea why?
Where I am, we will lose power when we have high winds or heavy snow that takes tree limbs down on the power lines.

Not great pictures I'm afraid. The little feckers are super quick.
You can just make out the face of one in the bushes. These are juveniles. Adults are about one quarter to a third as big again.

The power company have made some modifications to the distribution and control systems I am told. The new system is under test and apparently it's the change overs they do that shuts off the power.
We get power outages in bad storms due to lighting as well.

Sort of. More a patio run off gully.

Had a great 10 days with my son, then he lowered the boom. He won't be coming for my birthday in July because he and his GF are going elsewhere. He told me where but guess I was too unhappy to pay attention.
