Mine might if they sat on the floor but I have large birds also I cut the front larger in the coop on one as they were having a hard time getting in I keep the lids on them so they do have some privacy there are folks here that make curtains over theirs

I'd be plum happy to let him live out his life with me, but he just won't leave well enough alone. Technically I do have the most contact with him...by his initiation. He went after Chick this weekend and startled her. After she composed herself, she thought that was quite fun! Cheap Shot quickly changed his mind and didn't want to play anymore.

Roosters here, even those that are generally well behaved, tend to be more work than the hens. But, the fact is, if left to their own devices, 50% of the chicken population get born male.

Like the 60°! Not the mud so much. How's the house coming along? And how's miss Bella?

I've started working on my dad's house. It's slow but I've hired my next door neighbor to help so we'll get it done by mid-spring.
Bella gets better every day. Mogwai hasn't walked across the floor anywhere unescorted if Bella is awake. She loves that cat.

I love scavengers. Clown loaches and kuhli loaches are some of my favorites.

I THINK I have a black kuhli, unlike the regular ones, they bury themselves in the sand.
Hardly ever comes out.

Like Sour, we'll be cold today then warming up to near 60 Saturday. With more rain, of course. Gotta keep the mud going.

Zero F tomorrow morning. Rain and high in the low 40's Friday, high of 50°F with more rain Saturday

I gave up on plants in mine. My fish are plant killers

What kind of fish? I have (I think) Java ferns and the fish don't bother them.

The errant zephyrs are maxing out at 50 mph today. Have I mentioned that I hate wind ?

OK, you can surely hat wind if it gets up to 50 MPH!!
