No climbing for Mogwai! She is strictly indoors now.
When I lived in the flood house down the hill, I used to let her out. One day she went about 20' up a tree and wouldn't come down. I had to get out the extension ladder and climb up and get her.
Nope! No more climbing for Mogwai.
Jack is terrified of the outdoors 😂 Ever since the vet brought him inside after finding him in a barn, he won't go outside at all. You could leave the door open and he won't even attempt to walk near the door.

My sister-in-law's cat got stuck up in a tree one day and it took forever for them to get him down. She also lost a cat due to a predator on day. I have mixed feels ngs about outdoor cats.

We have a lot of strays at our house and I always feed them and let them stay in the shed. A lot of people dump their cats in the woods next to our house. It's incredibly sad.

Yeah I can't wait until mine can hatch some because I have a spare coop they can use that I can lock everyone away from. First broody I see I'm sticking her in it with some eggs 😂

Then they can hatch all my eggs for me and care for the chicks so I have zero Mama hen responsibilities and can enjoy the chicks more. Only thing I have to do is feed and water the hen which I do every day anyways. No worrying if the chicks are too cold or if I need to assist an egg!
I absolutely love watching the hen’s interactions with her chicks, but I find I also miss MY interactions with them as well. It is true that all the worry and responsibility that comes with chicks is almost nonexistent when you’ve got a broody doing it all for you. But for the few short weeks I have them, I would rather raise the chicks myself. Now I’d probably think differently if I raised a bunch of them. :lau

I have 30+ in the incubator right now and I'll love it for the longest time until they get a bit older. That's when they are usually put out with the older ones. At a certain point I know that they need to go into the big run with the big chickens.

Hopefully I can continue rescuing animals as the years go on. So far I've done really well integrating all of mine. I don't think I've never lived without a dog all my life. Cats I didn't have for the longest time until I met Jack.
Mogwai will be the last cat. I love her but not the hair and the puking all over the house part. I'm just done with that at this stage in my life.

Oh my goodness I understand the hairball puking all over the house 🤮 The other day I was walking into my bedroom and I stepped in a pile of pukey hairball 🤮

It's rarely due to hairballs. She just pukes a lot. If she eats too fast, if she hasn't been "primed" first, if it's too cold... it's very tiring. I particularly hate it when she pukes on the counter or on furniture.

Mine pukes up food and hair balls

Natural flavorings is one ingredient I never trust no matter what anyone says. That term can be used to explain a lot of things they put in your food and they don't have to disclose what it is.

The US is messed up when it comes to providing healthy food for it's society. People eat the worse type of foods and think it's okay. A lot of foods including produce isn't even good for you anymore because of what we've allowed to happen.

Only food I 100% trust is food I've grown myself.

Everyone is different with food sensitivities, but when I eat a McDs fries, I throw up. I have beef sensitivities and that's what happens. I also break out in a rash that sometimes turns into hives.
I get sick to my stomche but do not throw up anytime I eat McDonald's food. That does not happen when I eat In and out food

Morning everyone 🐓 tonight is pizza night at this house so I can't wait! Pizza and a movie.
Tonight we have tacos and then popcorn, tea and netflix!

Unfortunately no coffee for me this morning, labs at the doctor, and they are fasting to check my A1C. I feel like I could chew on the café table right now:drool
Our clinic has a coffee shop across from the lab! They also sell pastries....
