Thanks for the coffee Sean. What is a 'breakfast taco'?

Cool and cloudy here today, after some proper rain last night - at last!

Here in Texas, just about everyone has 'breakfast tacos', well...for breakfast.
Egg & Chorizo, Egg & Potatoe, Egg & Sausage, Carne Guisada, Egg & Bacon, Bean & Cheese, etc....cheese can be added to any of them too!

Thanks for the coffee Sean.
Rain overnight. A bit more waiting to drop I think. Trying to get a bit more gardening done. Even the chickens are complaining about the state of the place.
Dug the water pipe back in the ground. Not quite as deep as I might like but it will do. I can always heap more soil on top.

Morning and thanks for the coffee! Rain yesterday but now it is sunny and the pine pollen is in full-on cloud mode. High of 70 today with a low of 35 Monday night and now they are saying a half an inch of snow accumulation. My poor plants... I guess I had better get out there today and sniff my lilac bush. LOL!

I finished the floor and ripped and fitted the Hardie backer for the tile I'm installing on the ledge in one of the lower bedrooms.

Today we had soft boiled eggs, toast on home made bread and bacon.

It was a nice breakfast but yours sounds very filling
