Think maybe I missed allot as no one has gone broody raising any to keep in my main coop .. I appear to have won some eggs on ebay may try to give them to the cochin let her keep them with her in the coop with smudge the blue marans rooster

When I broke open the eggs there were only five good ones.

your boys should've spent less time fighting and more time courting the ladies!

If you've never allowed a broody to raise chicks you really are missing out! It's great watching their behaviors.

Saw it as kid know how it works. My birds in my main coop just never went broody. One did I got rid of her ..The small coop I want ed to limit numbers in it .. Was actually to be a coop to grow birds out only
