Got some serious dog love today!
Ran into an acquaintance at the library who invited me over for a yard visit.
She has a goldendoodle who gave me some good attention.
Salved my 'Missing Rascal' blues,
and got some reminders/affirmations about why I don't really want another dog.

I love hanging out with dogs! I just got to hang out with a bunch of the other day and I get to hang out with another one tomorrow haha I do want one but I’m not sure if I want to raise a puppy. Maybe an older dog would be better. But I can’t get one right now anyway haha

I've made a pot of tea. Earl Grey again tonight.
We've had some guests in the apartment. Catalan people. Like many Catalans, they love a barbecue and like many Catalans, love the hand made local botifarra sausages. The recipe is deceptively simple, but having tried a few over the years, there are good and not so good.
The botifarra these people cooked is the best I've tasted.

I love Spain.. It's my home away from home. Spent time learning about PRE's from a friend in San Mateo de Gallegos, and attending SICAB in the palacio in Sevilla. Then spent another six months living in Algeciras. It's a beautiful country full of wonderful people from north to south. I envy you being there.
