I remember having an Aussie pup that I would play with with my work boots, bad idea. Later after she got bigger while sitting on the porch barefoot she would jump on any exposed flesh. YOWW

For several weeks she has been 100% on the housebreaking.

IIRC you are using the bell method?

Never had puppy here either.
Rascal was big mouther at 6 months tho.

Why is it that all puppies think they must help you lace your boots?

@aart still working on the bell method. She will go to the door, stare at the bell and then come and stare at either the Princess or me. Early in the morning when I am on the computer she will come into the computer room sit and stare at me when she needs to go out.

Good morning and thanks for the hot coffee and treats! The wind hit last night and woke me up. I thought, "Why is the snowplow plowing now? " No, it was the wind coming in!
Huh, cool... so I rolled over and went back to sleep.
A lot of driving yesterday and we got to see DS$ wrestle in person for once this year.
Yay!

I had to grab their heads and bang the bell with their nose....repeatedly, every time I let them out...before they finally go it.
Tho the staring communication works too...especially when you say "outside?" and they trot towards the door.

We did puppyhood with both of our dobes. We may do it again, but I think hubby is leaning toward "started dogs."

Puppyhood is sooooo cute. Like little chicks. But it lasts a lot longer.
