On a funny note, at the end of our conversation my normal sister asked, "when do I get to meet your chickens??!"

Like training horses it's always good to leave on a good note.

I laugh at my mom and 2 sisters whom are all alike, just alike. In my early 20's I would have taken custody of my sisters kids after she left them at the baby sitters for 11 yes 11 months. The court wouldn't give them to the sitter because it wasn't a year. I didn't own a house and worked on the road coming home every month or 2. Both sisters hate each other and one hates our mom the other lives 'or last I knew' with mom.

My normal sister called again to give me another heads up. Apparently CS woke UN up in the middle of the night last night to tell him they were going to come up to my house when I was gone and UN was going to record DH while CS questioned him about how I abuse him.
I told my sister to get it back to them that if I find out they've been on my property I'm filing trespassing charges against them and if they continue this crap I'm going to have a restraining order filed.
My BIL is a lot like DH was before the Alzheimer's took him: very calm and not easily rattled. I don't think I've ever heard him raise his voice. I could hear him in the background and he is so mad at them. Kept saying "WHY is she doing this? What did Tonya ever do to her?"
Well, I rejected her. Can't imagine why. She thrives on hate and needs someone to attack.

Sitting here waiting for the hailstorm to end so I can go out and clean the coops.

There's Something About Mary Amelia.

All the boys want her. I flicked Napoleon off of her in the coop. He couldn't reach the target and he wouldn't give up.
Then I poked Tate in the chest when he was chasing her down in the pen and she ran towards Fabio, passing by me.

I don't know what to expect if I hatch out of my flock this year. Weird little chickens with boots.

DL, so if they did that, it would only show the very serious mental illness that your sister has, and then you would have the ability to have the courts get her some help. It would add more chaos for sure, but not in the way that CS thinks! I would definitely get the Zoom meetings up with DH's kids as that will help with everything. I know my DH loves chatting with the boys about most everything, especially the older one with his family of entertaining little girl chaos with critters and work details. Having the kids ask for advice on a subject is empowering and it doesn't matter what advice is given, it is just the thought of being needed as a father...

Checked with breeder for when my chicks will be ready:
"We have chicks due Tuesday and another batch due the week after.
There are 12 people in front of you. I would guess not this week but maybe next"
MaybeBaby...I understand, but geez, am getting anxious.
I want them now so they are laying by fall.

Hailstorm, we are doing much better here with temps in the 70's for a couple of days.
