Morning and thanks for the coffee! Hope all was quiet around the Cafe.
We had a great trip to AZ and thawed out a bit. It is supposed to snow tonight, LOL!

That's what I was thinking. Rascal came with it, then Libby got it. I wandered around the yard for weeks pouring bleach on the slimy looking poops easy to see once you know what it looks like.

Warmed up nicely yesterday, warm enough overnight to leave some windows open.
2nd Moderna shot today.
Hoping my reaction is mild like my daughters, and not debilitating like my nephews.

Reminds me of Dr. Shivago's ice palace.

I saw something similar years ago when we lived further north in California. The irrigating sprinklers came on during a cold morning and covered the trees with ice in the Prune orchard. It was only two rows though.

That's exactly what it is: Yesterday evening I forgot to turn off the sprinkler.

we have a guy in the next town over who props up his garden hose and lets it trickle through winter---makes a gorgeous ice fountain after a few frozen weeks. People drive there to see it

How did it go, are you alright?

So Far So Good.... just the sore arm and more fatigued than usual.
My nephew said he was bedridden, but then I found out there were a lot of beers involved.


Hey, thought you'd have an opinion here.....

BCM chicks are 3-4 weeks old.
Seeing some marked differences in combs.
Some are larger and reddish, some are smaller and darker.
Hoping that means male and female, tho wild guess at this point,
but one can hope I have 3&3....couldn't get a shot of all 6 and didn't feel like chasing them down for a photo shoot
