Trilliums ? I've occasionally seen white ones here, but very infrequently. 40 - 50 mph winds here yesterday - froze our butts off at a HS baseball game. Down to 20 - 30 mph today.

I don't know what they are. I just admire them every spring.
That was about what we had. Very nerve wracking watching the trees behind our house swaying in the wind.

We're heading out to meet someone that is buying a bike rack from me. It was at Dad's house. One left to sell that was ours.
Then we're driving up to New Woodstock to get 4 bales of hemp bedding for the Great Coop Cleanout event in the upcoming week.
Got a belated birthday gathering to go to tonight for my 31 year old niece. You don't have parties for 31 year olds. We are all just getting together for cake, ice cream, coffee and chatter. Bella will make the evening interesting.
She loves to preclean the cake plates! Which I will permit now that her digestive issues are under control. She took a great doop yesterday at the fields and it was completely normal. Funny how watching a dog pinch one off can make you so happy sometimes!

There's a 'recently' dead pin oak in the hedgerow to the West of the house that is making me nervous.

I'm thinking of adding to my never ending list of things to do: Cut down several sketchy looking trees this summer.
