OK, so I keep reading about that butter. I bought some. Sorry, I can't see all the excitement. Our Cabot butter is equivalent as far as I can tell.
There is a difference in moisture content between Irish or European butter and Our butter.

It makes a difference in baking.
 
I got my largest egg ever! 75 grams. I bet it's a double yolk; haven't gotten those since the girls started laying and got their systems tweaked into line.

I'm pretty sure it's the one who lays the smallest eggs, typically. Poor baby.

I watched the video (I think aart linked to it) about how an egg is made. It goes through everything pointy end first, then turns around at the end to be laid round end first. So it was sideways, somewhere.... :eek:
