There, *that's* done!
New slaughter/butcher technique was not easy,
but the 3rd one was *much* faster than the first two.
Cleanup will be much easier tho.
Just glad it's done.

It takes some practice to skin a bird!

Morning Cafe really thought hard about breaking my two cup and having a 3rd phone has been driving me nuts this morning.

I went to see my friend who got out of the hospital. His color is good, but he doesn't have much energy. My job for when I'm there (according to his wife) is to make sure he eats and drinks. And be there just in case.

And take the dog out for potty breaks. I can do that. It was nice to pet a dog again.

My shoulders, neck, and back are sore as hell this morning.
Have to haul feed today, that should loosen things up....or not.

Last day of the heat wave, 'severe' storms expected tonight bringing below 80 temps for the next week.
