Have some of our "breezes", if you care. We'll give them gladly! The heat and humidity are back. I took a break for lunch, and everything I'm wearing is damp.
Which means any little breeze feels good. Hint, hint... hey, Mother Nature, how about a little breeze?
My noodle arms feel ok today. My abs and upper back are sore.
DH is bringing home some pallets from work tomorrow! And maybe some more fence posts.
I hope you get to work on the aviary soon!Good afternoon everyone, and thanks for the much needed coffee @DobieLover
It is still stormy and raining outside, but we are nearing the end of the construction work on the new and exended aviary, fortunately. What a PITA to have to dig through the widespread root networks of an old bamboo! The only way to cut through the enormous rootstock was by using a hacksaw.
After more than a month of daily soaks and treatments, the toe of my La Fleche rooster is finally getting better, the infection gone and the swelling is down, only the tip of the toe is still open and out of shape, might even stay this way, but we will see.
Have a great Thursday everyone!
