"They" have decreased the winds for tomorrow down to 75ish so it is just another day of fresh air in the park.

I could not live where there was that much wind.

Here people deal with the difficulties by cremating their loved ones and postponing the memorial services to summer month, so they will be conducted outdoors.

Seems like a good idea to me.

I had to fill the water reservoir for the chickens this morning. It's something I usually do at night but I was so busy last night, I didn't.
As I was heading back to the run with the reservoir I was nearly hit by Astrid as she and a bunch of others heard me coming, and thinking I had their morning scratch, came flying out of the run. If I hadn't stopped dead in my tracks when I saw the big black bird on a collision course with me, she would have hit me. As it was she landed about one foot in front of me then looked up at me like, "Well? Where's the grub"??

It was too dark for the room.

Um, those are not the same desk. The pulls don't match and if you had changed the ones on the LOVELY varnished wood to those on the painted one there would be visible holes.

Thus, I am confused

I'm worried to death that I'm going to tread on one or two of the Ex Batts at the allotment. If I even open my rucksack they appear around my feet like a bunch of leaves blown n by the wind.
