Oh crud yesterday was going all day. Today a bit slower cancelled on insurance another we pick up .. Tell ya lots of fun here.

Yes, that sounds only too familiar to me. And if you don't get a grip on your staring, she will be very bewildered by your strange behaviour making her feel really uncomfortable.

Did you get emergency suppositories from your vet? Deposit them everywhere in your house and even car so you will always have one handy whenever and whereever it might strike again (which hopefully will not happen, but the emergency suppositories will help you to relax).

To clarify any ambiguities:

The suppositories are meant to be administered to the convulsing dog if need be, not the terrified owner.
