Yeah, it might be too wet up there. The sandy soil garden won't be. So maybe I can get that done, at least.

DW thinks we should get a cold weather heat pump so she can have A/C in the summer. We've never had A/C other than an old window unit we used for each daughter's first summer.

Build a subterranian house, temperature would be cool in summer, warmer in winter.

Good evening Cafe.
It's just plain cold here. There is a 10 to 15mph wind that blows up the river Avon that adds a really unpleasant wind chill factor. I could hrdly feel my hands by the time I left the allotments this evening.
However, the sun shone quite a bit and if it wsn't for the chill it could have been described as a nice day for the UK.
