Want to feel guilty? I'll lend you Miss Maggie Mae. Today the Princess and I went to S Jersey for vegetables and baked goods (also just to do something.) As we were preparing to leave, Maggie sat down in front of the false fireplace staring at her leash longingly.

We have 3 dogs all three like to play the guilt trip.

Heat wave over after short but nasty storm passed thru yesterday afternoon.
Luckily no flooding or trees on house or power outage here.

Luckily no flooding or trees on house or power outage here.

We got that same storm. Wow! was it windy here! No damage, but we did lose power for about 6 hours. I think we got 2-3" of rain, in a couple hours.

I was on the porch cleaning potatoes, and it kept getting darker... Then it started to really blow. Very glad we had those trees really close to the house taken down last November.

Just hand me the coffee and I will wake up in a bit... a 2 AM bedtime is not what this chicken person is used to but DS@andDW had a great time at the concert and GS! was well taken care of.
I am glad the storms did no damage and you all are safe!

You need to eat at one of the restaurants that has outdoor seating and water bowls for the patrons' dogs
