Yes, the Equinox is tomorrow....tho the Equilux(actual 12 hours day/night) here is not until the 27th. Early to mid fall is my favorite too.

Aw, thanks for your concern. It appears fixed. Time will tell. We still have to have a second vent put in. That's a bigger job and not as urgent. But needed, otherwise this mess will happen again.

Thanks for the coffee It's been a long time! I hope everyone is doing well.

Here in Cape Breton we are heading into fall and expecting Hurricane Fiona early Saturday morning. I'm waiting on this years hatch to begin laying (a few are very close). Time to batten the hatches and prepare for the storm.

It has been decades since i have been to Cape Breton. I lived in Nova Scotia from 1974 to 1992. The Maritimes are so beautiful, and not overpopulated like it is in the American seaboard.

It took a long time, but my Pita Pintas from the New Years Day hatch are laying well with nice large eggs now.
