I bought that ball for Bella. I don't believe she's ever touched it. Piper picks that thing up and carries it around the house with her!

Good Morning ALL!!! Sorry to report my coffee pot is almost gone now. I originally got up around 1:30, took Savage potty, put FH lunch together, waited for him to get up around 2:45 seeing how he had to leave the house no later than 3 to be at work by 4. Ended up putting Rudy and Kozmo in the kennel outside very early due to not wanting issues between dogs that early because I knew they safe and secure I went back to bed for a couple more hours.
Last night as we were getting ready to take dogs out for last time I noticed a strange dog going after one of my neighbors baby chicks and the dog ended up getting one after all.

By tearing part of the covering off to make a 'handle'?
Rascal used to do that.

That's a busy putter day!
Really!

Or having to get those :duchairy bittercress out of there.
That stuff is rampant!
Probably because of it's fascinating explosive scatter seed mechanism,
you can hear their pods pop and see the seeds fly. SHM.

Good morning! I have brewed lots of coffee! DL, I hope you are feeling better and taking it easy! Sometimes, backaches and then fevers can be kidney infections, which can lead to flu like symptoms, so just take care of yourself. Hugs!
It is a beautiful week here but it was 31F this am. I have some chainsawing to get done and fun stuff like that. Enjoy the day!

Good afternoon, Cafe!

Sorry to hear you are unwell @DobieLover :hugs Maybe take it easy for a bit longer and put your ever so long to-do list aside for a week?

And I hope you are feeling much better by now @Offshoreorca . Very sorry that you brought this souvenir from your visit.

After a few days of sunshine, the nasty cold is back, but we hope for some spring weather soon.

Since last weekend I have my twin sisters (daughters of my late SLWyandotte sisters) on their individual nests brooding some eggs. We did not plan to have chicks this year, but DH is finally doing much better and changed his mind very spontaneously at the sight of them clutching their nest eggs so lovingly.
So I will just go with his decision and hope for the best. But all of the other wannabes will still have to go to broody breaker jail.

I have been pulling weeds. My new hobby that takes a lot of time and energy. But i want to plant useful things in that pasture, so they gotta go!
Couldn't the goats help with that?

That ball is bigger than her head!

Good morning Cafe! We moved labs this week and I have been busy organizing and beautifying the space. Supervisor is away for this week so the goal is to have a functioning lab by the time he gets back on Monday.

Dalhousie only have us the room, so I'm repainting some old desks and setting up shelves so that everything will look nice. Tiring work!

Have chicks pipping in the incubator too.

I'm glad you're feeling better DL! Should be on the way up from here!
