Morning! Lots of things keeping me busy but the intense sun will make me take a break for sure.
Glad the garden survived, Orca! I took the walls of water off and put some plastic over the tomato bed today.
Granddogs still alive...good kittys for behaving!

Supposedly they hate the smell....but I have no first hand proof.
If you have an active den/holes, give it a try..
I discovered that they are not denning there, at least I don't think so as the hole I stopped up a couple weeks ago is still closed. I think they were just looking for some water, what with the drought.

We have a problem every now and again with moles. I learned..the..trick. I have dogs. I pick up their . I put some at the entrance of the hole. They move immediately. If to another part of the area, I keep placing . Works.

Ground Hogs are like GIANT moles.
Yeah, I never had the yard critter issues when I had dogs, didn't need to juggle their poops either.

Good morning Cafe! Thanks for the coffee DL! I'm matching Icelandic pilot whales today as they have started to see them there - we have a database that stretches from 2017 until now
