BYC Café

Used 2x3 wood and deck flooring boards,

other than that I'm not sure what you are talking about. FH got the idea of the fire wood holders off from TIKTOK
I thought I knew all the family abbreviations, DH, MIL, DD, etc., but pray tell, what is FH?

To get here, you follow a dirt road, turn onto another dirt road, and go to the end. We love it here.
Same directions to my house! 😄 From highway, turn onto dirt county road, go two miles, take first right onto secondary county road, go to the end and you'll be in my driveway! We used to not be able to see anybody, then DH's sister and her husband built in the pasture next to us, which they own. At least they're family. And quiet. 😊

Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready.

I also have a box of soggy Cheezits...

One of my bras met with an untimely demise yesterday because I left my bedroom door open while I was going in and out of the exterior door to cut tile. Piper found the bra, took it and chewed through the straps.

I have warned C to leave his bedroom door closed because Piper will rifle through his stuff if he doesn't. I was out pruning the pond this morning when he came out to tell me that she'd gotten into his room, up on the bed then jumped across to the dresser and he found her IN the Cheezit box with crumbs all over the dresser and floor. When he yanked her out of the box, she had Cheezit residue all over her head! :lau He said "I had to go to the bathroom. I was only gone that long!" Gotta love puppies!

Here, it's more like: Exit the highway, drive north for 4 miles. Find the road to Belding. Missed it, didn't ya? Ok, take the next road, it has a stoplight. Turn right, got to the T, turn left. About 3 miles, the road changes name. Another 3, it does that again. When you get to gravel... oh, you missed the turnoff? Back up to find the gravel. Go 2.5 miles, turn left. You say you're at the end of the road but the house doesn't look like the picture I sent? Nope, look to the right...

If it's winter, they may not have plowed our road. We may have plowed our driveway, but you still might not be able to drive up it.

Forget about the nice clean car. 3.5 miles of dirt road = dirty car. The only logical color for a car out here is Sand. Friends have to really want to visit.

Good morning Cafe and thanks for the coffee, Margie!

And why are there no pictures of these?

I've thought about getting a food saver but at this point can't justify it.

I have a sealer that if someone tried to take it they would have a fight on their hands.

I buy ribeye roast when they are on sale for $5.99 per pound and have them cut into steaks.

I have eaten a steak that had been sealed for 3 years and taste like I bought it yesterday.

I couldn't do without my sealer.
