This was taken at a point along the road back down the mountain. My friends fiancee and I got out to take some pictures. We were right near the edge of a very steep drop off.
Less than 90 seconds later, she got light headed and was clinging to the driver's door waiting for the dizziness to pass. She got in the car and started to tell us what happened when she blacked out, stopped breathing and her arms and legs went rigid. Scared the crap out of us. She was out for about 5 seconds then snapped her eyes open.
We traded places and I started driving down the mountain and she vomited about 5 minutes later.
Once we got down about another 5 miles and the oxygen got richer and she was better but vomited again because of the twisting roads.

Good morning, hope all is well with you in your part of the world here in NC we survived the rain and winds on Saturday. A typical Monday as I'm the first in and find the internet alarm whining as I come in. So, first things first make my coffee open the IT room and fix it. Now coffee then answer a few emails and start working.
@DobieLover safe travels and keep those beautiful pictures coming.

Made a cheesecake blackberry compote made this morning.
This is the time of year when I can feel my body saying, ok, we're mostly done with the outdoor stuff. I start craving food like this, and have to fight it.

I finally got rid of the Christmas (2021!!!) pounds that crept on. Really want to keep them off. When they come back, they always bring friends.
