There are a few marijuana farms around me here.
The harvest, or ripening, sure ruins the usually lovely odors of fall.

First time I noticed I thought it was a skunk.
It's not quite that bad, but close.

Is it like skunk with a hint of mint...? I've smelled that near a house down the road from me.

On a side road off 191 near the West entrance into the park and I got to see a small herd of bison lounging in the meadow with hot springs steaming behind them.

On the path up to Grand Prismatic Springs.

Stopped at a picnic area on West Thumb of Yellowstone Lake.

This was my seat.

This was my dining companion.

Views of the lake about a mile east of where we ate lunch.

There was a good sized section of burned forest with the next generation of trees growing in it.

A group of 4 bison basking in the sun along Gibbon River.

I saw this loan bison.

Beautiful view of Hayden Valley.

Can you spot the bison?
