I tried to sleep... but failed and now I've had a sip of tea I need to try again.

HAPPY WEDNESDAY!!! HAPPY FIRST DAY OF NOVEMBER!!!!
Once again I didn't brew a pot but Y'all can grab a cup and brew one or make a glass of Iced Coffee. There's also tea bags and Hot Cocoa packets next to the pot if Y'all want that just make sure the filter basket was empty of coffee grounds before getting hot water.
I attached pics of what I did last night. The 1st pic is partway getting ready (had to stop seeing how I needed to go after dinner [Subway-3 blocks away] and didn't want to scare anyone too badly, 2nd pic is end result. Got a few compliments on the yard [be on lookout for next year display] and myself, was even told by one treater that my house was the only one that actually carved pumpkins, had a few parents taking pics of the lights, even a couple little ones (3-5 yr olds was too scared to walk up sidewalk).

I managed to get through my work day yesterday without face planting on my keyboard or coughing to the point I threw up in the sink. It was a good day!

Is your job very far from home?

It's an hour drive, I know most think it's far but where I come from a 30 min drive with no traffic at rush hour can be an hour and half. I can work from home or the office. My official office is in NY LOL, except I can go to the office in Carry, NC.

Just finished my first cup of tea. I have caught a cold, so didn’t sleep the best. More caffeine will be consumed once I get to school.

Geez!! So much for avoiding the flu.

We got maybe a half inch that stayed and now it's spitting again.
First morning with coat and gloves for chores.
Supposed to taper off and get up to mid 40's later.
