[My Very First 6 Chickens]

Love the cafe! Summer is tickin' by here in CT. Yesterday was muggy and today will be worse. Seems like CT weather is becoming similar to the south The rains this summer are welcomed as it nourishes the garden. We finished a necessary trench around the old and new coop so that should help preventing flooding.
This year I choose a new location to plant 35 sunflowers plants. My glass gem corn is in a new location too. So far so good! Enjoy your summer everyone

It has been a long haul and interesting...
We have had rain the past couple of evenings to cool things down. Off to the racetrack to watch my nephew race quads and see family today.
