I have only just discovered the synergistic effect of ibuprofen taken with acetaminophen. I'm still only taking pain support twice daily. Yesterday was much easier by coming home to finish up my hours remotely.

Are those the only pain relievers you're taking?
Glad you're seeing some progress and relief.

Yes. I stopped the narcotics 10 days ago.

My dentist is a really good 'pain' guy. He put me on to this fact several years ago. I despise and will not take the opioids.

I despise and will not take the opioids

I despise them too. I had little choice but to take them though with how bad the nerve pain was. Even with them I was barely making it. I'm thrilled to be off them.
