Good Morning
Tea is in the making. The weather is nice right now like early autumn cool, but it will be very hot soon.

Those Mini Apple Pies and Pecan Oats look yummy and healthy.

Like you Mtn Margie, there is no way I walk up those high stairs. I would be stuck in the house all day.

Yesterday my tiny Pekin rooster jumped on my black Wyandottee hen Rose, he flipped over her head and landed on the ground, but still held tight to her head feather and she now has a bald patch there. I am sadden by this. He has no interest in the bantam flock, he prefers the Barred Rock and the Wyandottee hens.

My Japanese bantam, Agent L in particular dislike this tiny rooster Pumpkin to no end. Whenever she sees him jumps on other hens, she runs over and airborne kick him off them - real kungfu kick. I am in awe of her ability given her being so tiny.

I had chickens that chaotic, jumping on each other without a rooster. I got a tiny rooster and now causing my beauty feather damage. Is there ever peace and drama free with backyard chickens?

Here is Hallowen advertisement, I noticed in the last 10 years or so, Australia is more into Halloween celebration. This is one of our 2 major grocery company.

Personally, I am looking forward to many ghostly movies, they will be on most of the television stations.

IIRC, the average amount spent on Halloween this year will be $114. Per family, I think.

I feel like I'm saving $114 by NOT buying any candy, decorations, or costumes.
