This waterer was so impressive, I went right out to Home Depot and bought the parts. 15 bucks later and I no longer have to carry a heavy waterer out to the coop! Thanks!

Yeah, that's a copy of my design.

which I've redesigned with less parts making it cheaper. Build it the same way but skip the toilet valve and get a trough valve like this: http://www.home-improvement-superstore.com/miller-mfg-co-tm825-245gal-plas-float-valve.html?utm_term=245GALPlasFloatValve&utm_content=HomeandGarden&site=google_base&utm_source=GAN&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=bluecherry

most
feed stores have these valves for $10 and you just screw the garden hose right in to the top of the valve. Use a square bucket (like kitty litter buckets; just wash the heck out of them first) it makes mounting the valve easier. I've been running this version of the bucket waterer for well over a year with no problems.

and for the little ones..

thanks to birdbrain for the email about the contest.

Okay, we've got a lot of great submissions so we're setting an end date for this contest: Get your page created by 9/12/2010 and it will be added to this contest. Otherwise you can shoot for the next contest!

Where are the PVC pipe feeders? I know lots of people have made them but I do not see any posts. The reason I'm not posting my feeder is because its a total copy cat of other feeders I've seen on the forum.... but not in this contest.

I made a very functional and simple feeder, but I can't post it here my browser doesn't allow me to work with the page auditor in this website.
I can't get it to load the pictures.
