Yes I took some of the internal parts out of it so the feed just fall through it.

which I've redesigned with less parts making it cheaper. Build it the same way but skip the toilet valve and get a trough valve like this: http://www.home-improvement-superstore.com/miller-mfg-co-tm825-245gal-plas-float-valve.html?utm_term=245GALPlasFloatValve&utm_content=HomeandGarden&site=google_base&utm_source=GAN&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=bluecherry

most feed stores have these valves for $10 and you just screw the garden hose right in to the top of the valve. Use a square bucket (like kitty litter buckets; just wash the heck out of them first) it makes mounting the valve easier. I've been running this version of the bucket waterer for well over a year with no problems.

Where are the PVC pipe feeders? I know lots of people have made them but I do not see any posts. The reason I'm not posting my feeder is because its a total copy cat of other feeders I've seen on the forum.... but not in this contest.
