I got the cookbook and was checking it out and something's bugging me. On page196, there's a recipe for The Best Ever Peanut Butter Cookies, ingrediants are 1 egg, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, and one cup of peanut butter?????????????????????????????? and that's it. Can't be, can it?????????

It works. That is a common PB cookie recipe. I have it in my cookbooks too that are not BYC.

OK........I got in touch with Cindy and yes you CAn make cookies without flour and baking powder and such, I just didnt' think it was possible and thought it was a mispring when I saw the recipe...................................SORRY

I tried to orange glazed chicken on page 104. It was delicious. Sadly I didn't follow her suggestion to serve it with rice so I had all that wonderful sauce and no where for it to go. Oh well, at least that gives me an excuse to try it again soon. Sorry, no picture. I didn't know this thread existed. I guess its another reason to cook it again.
