ris I will start walking that way around augest and should make it there by thankgiving next year. LOL!!!!

Let see Okies about a month now! so that will be a july or augest baby it i'm right as I found out I was cookin the 2nd one on the week before christmas and then had her on augest first but she was 3 weeks early too due to all the problems she was giving me little brat and still is giving me! LOL So I say we do a granny square or circle blanket, where each one of us make a few squares or circles and then one person puts it togather. what do ya'll think that way we could do that and the spring swap and the amig swap. well let me know what ya'll think.

btw I will be sending the rest of the boxes out this coming week so everyone should have them by next weekend and be working on there projects. so those, my ss box, and my spider box, and the a few other odds and ends my poor postlady will have to bring a uhaul jsut to get them all out of here. LOL! well gals I am off to play and love on the puppies somemore. they both had a really good long bath I used 5 different shampoos scrubing and rinsing between each one so they are really nice and white and soft and reallllllly fluffy LOL so lot of fun to hug and squeeze on. well I am outta here ya'll have a great evening. My mom taught DD how to knit over Thanksgiving and she picked it up right away. I guess I am the hooker and she's the knitter! She didn't even poke out an eye, me on the other hand trying to learn how to cast on for her was a completely different story. I made DH help her with that. Grammy had only taught her the knitting since the thing was already cast on...

And you are all welcome to my mom's farm for Thanksgiving next year. We won't tell her, we'll just surprise her. We might want to plan on bringing a few extra turkeys though.

How bout we all do three squares/circles/whatever shapes, that way, if there's more then one, there's enough for however many Okies pops, er produces, er gives birth, whichever term ya pick? lol
And, NOT IT! someone else, puts them togather.. 1 2 3 NOT IT! hehehe
So since Maw's been figuring the time line, would it be spring or fall swap? or can we just do it as a spring swap, and do a babyfest? We just send them all to someone or two people? One gets the swap ones, then another gets the baby ones. That way, it's not all on one person to seperate, and put the lil afghan togather? I'm an idea person, not the doer, can ya tell? lol
And also, baby ones .. do they need to be tiny? or reg size? I know I know,,, baby colors... lol

Ooooohhhh!! I'm all in for the baby squares! And that gives me plenty of time to get a blanket done for another friend's new baby!! I'll be happy to pitch in & do whatever. Ya'll just let me know how I can help!! But if sk sends me eggs that aren't for eating, all bets are off. And sk, dh says it's too cold for dibbies now anyway.
Time to make a bowl of tater salad for tomorrow's lunch @ sil's. And then to work more on SS. I should have it done by Wed or Thurs, then on it's way by Friday.
We are having an Angel breakfast tomorrow for Sunday School. It's an annual thing on the first Sunday of Advent. We have a big breakfast, sing a couple Christmas songs, and make an "angel" craft. This year it's an advent calendar for the little ones to count down to Jesus' b'day. Thank God I don't have to plan it, just help with the craft!!
Oh, and Thanksgiving with all ya'll next year sounds great. No inlaw's to deal with, and we can all relax after the dishes are done and work on SS & squares!!! I'll bring chocolate. Is there anything else needed? Karan, no need to walk. I'll be happy to pick you up on the way. I'll just detour a little further west to get you then we'll head north to Ris's.

Hey do we want to all do pastel colors or do 1 in pastel and the other in primary colors??? and do 2 squares for each???

thanks...they took cultures...he has huge blister(for lack of a better word)type things on his leg....they said its been eating his flesh from the inside out.....not spider bites they have no clue. he wasnt going to stay but they told him if he didnt he could lose his leg!!
its really bad.
