I LOVE to cross stitch, but I don;t have much time with a toddler

Here's some I have done recently as gifts....

I love the chicken wire look...

I've got to prod myself, I love to do this type work.
I got several books the other day and I have so many patterns that I love...I've got to figure out which to do next!

I'm so pleased with myself.
I went to a yardsale last Sat. (I was out of town

)
and found a stack of cross stitch books...she said 10 cents each...saw me looking thru, and said...oh, you can have them for $1 for all!

Found this in the stack of them....and sooooo many more goodies!

This is the stack of books I bought...all for $1!!

Hi everyone!
I have just found this thread. I would love to be a part of this group. I learned how to cross stitch in Vacation Bible School when I was 10 years old. (That was almost 30 years ago).

Parson's Wife, I would love to get a copy of the pattern you posted with the hen and chickie and the background looks like chicken wire.

Yippee, I too would love a copy of that print with the chicken wire, I would love to jump in on this club, I have been xstitching since I was pregnant with my first son 21 years ago....great evening relaxation, I have not picked one up in months and now I am motivated again...thanks girls...and what wonderful projects..and wow what a deal for 1.00
