Yesterday had a burrito with homemade Spanish rice, vegan refried beans, and corn

The rice was done in the pressure cooker and was so easy! Just add salsa, water, onions, cumin, and chili powder.

I made leftovers since I'm not really up to cooking every day right now.

I just had piece of my vegan cookie warmed up with my vegan salted caramel ice cream on top of it.

I got some of those refrigerated cookies but they're vegan and I spread them in a circle on the cast iron pan and smushed them down. I made this giant cookie out of the biggest cast iron pan that we have it's taken me almost 3 days to eat it. My husband ate some last night in his sleep because there's about half of it missing. Plus all my almond milk is gone so he definitely got ahold of it

Yeah a cherry limeade one. I think I do because I'm sorry from my head to my toes. I have a temp as well. It started yesterday and today I can barely eat. I barely got down a quarter of half of a bagel and some tomato soup. Ugh. I've never had the flu before either.

I actually had sepsis and pneumonia. I just got home from the hospital on Friday night. I was there from Sunday night till Friday night. It was an insane hospital stay. I'm glad I went in because something in my head kept telling me that I needed to go in and that if I waited any longer something bad was going to happen.

They pulled blood cultures on Sunday night and by Monday afternoon they told me I had streptococcus viridans and pneumonia. They think that the pneumonia happened after the blood infection. I'm doing IV antibiotics at home and I have a PICC line in my arm.
