BYC down temporarily?

A few minutes ago I tried to open BYC, but all I could see was a message on the homepage that said something along the lines of "BYC is currently offline due to site upgrades".
It is back to normal now. Does anyone know what that was about?

We processed a fairly minor update to the community, so you may have seen that screen for a bit. Just doing regular maintenance on the community. If you spot anything off, please do let us know!
