They're both pretty good. The hand one could use some shading, though, and the fingers should be longer.

Oh, good! I was worried I'd offend you (some people get really sensitive about their art).

I've never been good at shading, I'll give it a try though! Haha now I feel weird, for the outline of the hand I traced my own!(it's sorta, cheating I know but I needed an outline to work with)
