Potato Chip Scarf

It looked different than that. The stitches we smaller and it was more spiraled. I'm not sure how to explain it. I wish I had thought to ask the name of the pattern.

My friend knows how to make those! She always says they are so easy but I tried to do it once and it looked like it got shoved in a blender.

Morning all, I was at a free knitting session last night and someone mentioned the Sheep and Wool Festival in Maryland in May. Has anyone ever been? It's about 4 1/2 hours from me and I'm wondering if it's worth the trip. I hear it is great.

Every Tuesday at Sew What's New (and knitting too) in Islip from 5-8. It's really not a class but more of a show up with your knitting and hang out for the evening. They also have quilting on Thursday. Almost anyone there can help with problems.
Don't know much about the festival . I've only been to the Rhinebeck ny one.most people compare the two. Most people can't decide which festival is better. If things work out I'll be able to decide for myself.

I finally knitted my second sweater ever... The first one hides in the closet never to see the light of day. It fits me, but it is just so not me....



Took me three months to knit it. I am so happy that it is finished and I am looking for my next sweater.

That is wonderful color. Only three months? You are devoted. I work on several different projects at a time so it seems like i never get anything finished.
