Meg has some wonderful critters. But wow, my favorites are those big shaggy Highlands. So cool!

Silly me forgot my phone when we branded last weekend or I'd have had some great pictures of their babies! Grr.

Your pics of Stoli brought tears to my eyes remembering my Newfie cross. Belle had a short coat, but her face was almost identical to Stoli's.

And Cheap Shot Charlie... what a thug!

Re: RA and chickens, I don't have RA, DW does and I deal with the chickens because they are my thing.

I don't fill waterers. In the summer the hens have an auto waterer in the barn alley (their indoor "run") similar to this one https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/bergan-auto-wata-pet-waterer-3600362 and outside they have a dog food bowl that gets "auto filled" by a slightly leaking hose that connects to the auto waterer. In the winter they have a heated dog water dish in the barn alley that I fill every morning from a 2 gallon cat litter jug. Some for them, some for the 2 alpacas. 20 hens drink more water than 2 alpacas!

I pulled a few pics from an old post. They're not the best, but most of my pics are locked up in an old laptop that I can't access any more.
Belle and Scooter and a few feathered friends...

The slope of the forehead and the wide muzzle... people who knew Newfies always recognized it in her. Everyone else thought she was part Shar Pei.

Do you know what breed(s) Nahla is? St. Bernard-ish?
