this forum has grown to what it is with out the "tag" names, personally i think it might turn some good prospective members away by using the chick, pullet, ect.. titles, i think what LCRT and RR suggested would be more in line then the other ones mentioned, a posse of mods and members like RR and LCRT and a few others would be more productive in getting this together then it being shouldered by one person, as it would be a direct finger pointing at that one if others did not agree. team work is always better and easier.
