BYC members in Massachusetts?

I went to a poultry show today in Springfield (at Big E place), there was LOTS of poultry there

That would be the Northeastern Poultry Congress, the largest show in New England. If you think there were a lot of birds there this weekend you should have seen it 2 years ago when the APA national was held there as well. Almost 3400 birds were there.

Did you happen to notice which birds made champion row? I wasn't able to make it.

I didn't, sorry. The rest of my family was ready to leave after only a short time, they are not as excited about poultry as I am

Tell me about it! I'm one town away and this pisses me off! I'm already wanting to move and this is pushing it.

Whoot snowing pretty hard right now. Just went out to put some extra shavings In for the ducks. Chatting up a storm. Kinda didn't know that slate went back in the house so I kinda fluffed shavings all up in her space, lol. Surprisingly not "cold" out feeling, yay!

The Plymouth Agway/Morrisons are trying to get polish chicks this year! Oh I hope they do, especially with the disappointment of the poor hatch rate for the speckled sussex last year. They also finally switched over to nutrena feed.
