I'm more concerned with the winds as well. You @tigger19687 are most definitely getting the wind. I'm in Lunenburg so it could go either way. I can deal with the rain, the winds always concern me. My coop is a sturdy 8 x10 shed with attached covered runs. I have two smaller coops (a grow out pen and a rooster coop) that are also covered. They have been fine through the last big Nor'easters we have had, but you just never know. If your coop is large enough, I would lock your chickens up during the storm. Save the tarps to cover any sustained damage after the worst. Good luck.
