BYC not letting me upload photos

I was trying to put a profile pic in when it gave me this message:

Well, I'd show you the screenshot but I can't upload it.
This is what it said:

"Oops! We ran into some problems.
Oops! We ran into some problems. Please try again later. More error details may be in the browser console."

That was when I tried to upload the pfp.

Anyway, it won't let me put any photo anywhere on BYC no matter which way I try to do it.

Weird. I only get that sometimes if I fail to refresh the page.

First you need to clear your browser's history and cache.
Second reboot your device.
Third make sure everything on your device is up to date.

The problem is most likely with your internet connection being a little silly at that time that you clicked on the page.

The photo isn't the issue, it's my silly laptop. I'll try what Kiki said and we'll see how it goes from there.
